Getting Ready To “CAN” Tomatoes

Alright, we’ve got a video on “Cold Pack” canning. I prefer this method because the least amount of damage is done to the real “Tomato” taste….and it’s REALLY easy to do with a minimum of equipment. Believe me when I tell you…..you can’t beat the taste of summer when the snow is flying and somehow the taste takes you back to a better climatic time.

I also want to give you a little more exposure to various methods of canning…..so I’ve got a link for you to follow and look around the site. They’ve got entire “Canning Kits” if you want to really get into the joys of canning….just thinking about eating tomatoes in the winter should be motivation enough I would think.
